We returned from the mountains of Cusmapa Wednesday evening after traveling to many different communities in northern Nicaragua. Each person in our group brought a different perspective as we shared about each day's experiences. It was wonderful to see our group connect to the kids (and adults) in each community we visited.
After dinner we dropped the team off at the Las Mercedes hotel, directly across the street from the airport. The goodbyes were emotional. Al & I return to our hotel. It seems all too quiet in the van. We are missing the team already.
